Greatdori! Software License Agreement

BEFORE USING THE GREATDORI! APPLICATION (“SOFTWARE”), PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE”) CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

Important: To the extent that this software may be used to copy, modify, publish, or distribute materials, you are licensed to do so only with respect to materials that are not copyrighted, materials for which you own the copyright, or materials you are authorized or legally permitted to copy, modify, publish, or distribute. If you are uncertain about your rights to copy, modify, publish, or distribute any material, you should consult your legal advisor.

I. General

  1. The Software covered by this License is licensed to you by the Greatdori! Development Team.

  2. You acknowledge and agree that, when using this Software, you must comply with all applicable laws, including the local regulations of your region or any jurisdiction in which you download or use the Software.

  3. This License remains in effect until terminated. If you fail to comply with any term of this License, your rights under it will automatically terminate, or be deemed terminated, without the need for further notice from the Greatdori! Development Team. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete or destroy all copies of the Software, in whole or in part. Sections 4, 5, and 6 of Part I, and Sections 3 and 4 of Part II, shall remain in effect after termination of this License.

  4. This License may be provided in multiple language versions. Where not restricted by local jurisdiction, the Chinese Simplified version shall prevail.

  5. If any provision of this License is found unenforceable for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted in order to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remainder of this License shall remain in full force and effect.

  6. The failure of the Greatdori! Development Team to enforce any provision of this License shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future. Any law or regulation that would require ambiguities in a contract to be interpreted against the drafter shall not apply to this License. Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not be considered in interpreting this License.

II. Third-Party Data

  1. Certain features (such as Event Tracker, Multi-Live Search, and others) may require the use of data from your device. This data may be transmitted to third parties as part of providing the related services. All handling of such information is governed by the Software’s Privacy Policy, which you may review at the following address: https://greatdori.com/privacy.

  2. The Software may display, integrate, or provide content, data, information, applications, or other materials from third parties (collectively, “Third-Party Materials”) and may include links to third-party websites. By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that the Greatdori! Development Team is not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, appropriateness, or quality of such Third-Party Materials or websites. The Greatdori! Development Team and its affiliates make no guarantees or endorsements regarding any third-party services, Third-Party Materials, third-party websites, or any other content, products, or services provided by third parties, and assume no responsibility or liability to you or others in this regard. You further agree that neither the Software nor its content providers make any promise regarding the availability of any data, nor do they guarantee its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness. All Third-Party Materials and links are provided solely for your convenience.

  3. When you transmit any content through the Software, you represent that you either own all rights to such content, have obtained the necessary authorization, or are otherwise legally permitted to transmit it, and that the content does not violate any terms of service applicable to the Software. You understand and agree that the Software contains proprietary content, information, and materials owned by the Greatdori! Development Team, the website owners, or their licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright law. You agree not to use such proprietary content, information, or materials in any manner inconsistent with this License or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties or the Software.

  4. You agree not to use the Software to send spam, engage in deception, harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or defame any other party, or to use the services in a manner that infringes or violates the rights of others. The Greatdori! Development Team shall not be liable in any way for your use of the Software in such manners, or for any potentially offensive, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or illegal content or transmissions to which such use may give rise.

  5. You understand that while using the Software, you may be exposed to content that is considered inappropriate, uncomfortable, or offensive; such content may include explicit material or may appear unexpectedly through search results or links to certain websites. You agree to assume all risks associated with using the Software, and the Greatdori! Development Team shall not be held responsible for any content that may cause discomfort.

  6. Some features may require an account in order to use. You understand and agree that all accounts in the Software is provided by third-party services, and adding account and password to this Software means that you allow this Software to access the data provided by third-party services on your behalf.

III. Disclaimer

  1. The laws of your country or region may grant you certain statutory rights that render some of the restrictions in these terms unenforceable. If such restrictions are prohibited by local law, they shall not apply to you. To better understand your rights, you may consult local consumer protection agencies and refer to any supplemental provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.

  2. You expressly understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the risks associated with using the Software and executing or accessing any services through the Software are borne by you, including but not limited to risks related to service quality, performance, accuracy, and the efforts you invest.

  3. The Greatdori! Development Team does not guarantee that your use of the Software will be uninterrupted or free from interference, that the features of the Software or the services it executes or provides will meet your needs, that the operation of the Software and services will be error-free or uninterrupted, that any service will be continuously available, that defects in the Software will be corrected, or that the Software will be compatible or interoperable with any third-party software, applications, or services. Installing the Software may affect third-party software, applications, or services, as well as the availability and usability of the Software itself.

  4. You also acknowledge that the Software is not intended for use in situations or scenarios that may have a significant impact on personal safety or the environment, including but not limited to cases where the Software or services may fail, experience delays, or contain incorrect or inaccurate content, data, or information. Such scenarios may involve the operation of nuclear facilities, flight navigation or communication systems, air traffic control systems, life support systems, or weapons systems.

  5. Any oral or written information or advice provided by the Greatdori! Development Team or its authorized representatives does not constitute any form of warranty. If defects in the Software or its services are identified, you are responsible for all costs of necessary maintenance, repair, or correction. In certain jurisdictions, the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of statutory consumer rights is not permitted, and therefore the above exclusions and limitations may not apply in those regions.

IV. Jurisdictional Supplement

  1. If you are located in the province of Quebec, Canada, or within a governmental organization in France, the following terms apply: The parties acknowledge that they have requested this License and all related documents to be drafted in Chinese Simplified.
